该机使用于硫化钢丝绳橡胶输送带、普通橡胶输送带、尼龙输送带/PVG输送带、等织物芯阻燃平行胶带。主机为框式结构，热板及柱塞均为选用优质材料，加工精密，不易磨损，不易腐蚀，维修方便，工作压力稳定，调整方便。该机采用PLC控制，硫化过程可实现多程序自动化控制，可自动检测和调节热板温度，提高了平板硫化机组控制水平，降低了劳动强度，提高了生产效率。
